What We Do
The Wisconsin Section IFT is one of 53 regional sections of the IFT organization, a non-profit scientific society with over 17,000 members. Our members represent all areas of the food industry, from manufacturing to retail/consumer goods to research & development and beyond. With professionals in industry and academia, we strive to promote all aspects of food technology.
We host professional events for leaning and networking opportunities.
We award scholarships to upcoming young professionals to help them along their food science journey.
We collaborate across borders and scientific disciplines with public and private institutions.
